  • Digital Poster Session – (100 word abstract)
  • Research Presentation – (500 word abstract and 20 minute presentation)
  • Research Study – Full Paper (1000 word abstract and 30 minute presentation)
  • Workshop – (1000 word abstract and 2 hour presentation)

Summer International Research Symposium

Theme - Intersection of Education and Technology for Learning Design

Since 1923, The Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) has provided international leadership by promoting scholarship and best practices in the creation, use, and management of technologies for effective teaching and learning.

AECT’s Summer International Research Symposium will be held in Kochi, India  from Tuesday, June 16, 2020 to Thursday, June 18 in collaboration with Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) and Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT)

Call for Proposals

Submission deadline: November 30th, 2019
Notification of acceptance date: December 15th, 2019

To submit a proposal, an AECT member should login using their membership number. If you are not a member, please send an email to memberships@aect.org requesting login credentials for the 2020 Symposium Call for Papers. Include your name, address, phone number, email, and institution in the your message. Your login credentials will be established on the same or next business day.
